Nicole Toulouse

Nicole leads the team as Economic Development Director. She joined the Town of Vienna in January 2025 after previously serving as Senior Assistant Director for Business Investment with Fairfax City Economic Development. While in Fairfax City, Nicole led initiatives that strengthened the city’s commercial tax base and worked to advance the city’s Comprehensive Plan, including supporting business grants to improve facades and reduce vacancies.

Toulouse holds a Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in public policy and economics, both from the University of Delaware. She is also the chair of the Northern Virginia Economic Development Alliance’s Business Development Committee where she assists in business attraction efforts for the region.

Prakriti Deuja

Economic Development Marketing and Programs Specialist

Prakriti supports Town businesses in their expansion efforts through targeted marketing campaigns, business outreach, and overseeing programs that support business development opportunities.

She joins us from six years at Arlington Economic Development where she served as a Client Engagement and Program Management Specialist working with small businesses and helping people turn their passion and dreams into real life. She received her BS in Math from Marymount University and MA in Higher Education Adminstration from George Washington University.
