The space is calm, elegant, and welcoming. That’s by design, says founder and owner Dr. Lorena Khouri Popp, who wanted every element of her new space to reflect comfort, warmth, and care.
“I didn’t want it to feel like a doctor’s office,” said Dr. Khouri Popp. “I wanted it to feel like you’re at the spa. I want my patients to feel good when they’re here.”
Labelle MD Esthetics offers a wide range of services, including neurotoxins, laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, microneedling, lip filler, non-surgical facelifts, IV nutrition therapy, and medical weight loss. While her passion for aesthetics is clear, Dr. Khouri Popp is also a classically trained physician—her Tysons Primary Care practice operates in the same space, just across the hall from Labelle. It’s a thoughtful pairing that blends science, art, and compassion.

Dr. Khouri Popp’s journey into medicine began when she was just seven years old. After a hospital experience that left a deep impression, she was inspired by what she calls “the healing hands of a physician.” That early encounter set her on a lifelong path to help others heal and feel their best.
She went on to earn her medical degree in Munich, Germany, complete an internship at Yale, and continue her training at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Her global experience and deep empathy for patients shaped her philosophy of care.
“People need access to good care,” said Dr. Khouri Popp. “This shouldn’t be optional.”
Dr. Khouri Popp’s mission has always been simple but powerful: to make people feel better, whether they’re recovering from pneumonia, managing heart disease, or regaining confidence after chemotherapy. One patient who had just completed chemo received a complimentary laser skin treatment—a small gesture that Dr. Khouri Popp says was about far more than appearance.
“She deserves to feel beautiful and pampered after so much time in harsh medical settings,” said Dr. Khouri Popp.
Since opening her first office nearby on Gallows Road in 2014, Dr. Khouri Popp has built a reputation for exceptional, personalized care. Her patients often share stories of her going above and beyond—taking same-day referrals, sharing her personal cell phone number, and welcoming people who drive more than an hour to see her.
“This office is an extension of my home, my heart, my personality,” said Dr. Khouri Popp.
Dr. Popp lives in McLean with her husband and three children.
